Anthrozoology - Equine Equipment
The Carroll College Anthrozoology program uniquely offers classes in Equine Assisted Services such as Therapeutic Horsemanship. Allowing students to experience the equipment that is utilized in these settings,requires our investment in adaptive tack. The English therapeutic riding saddle, crafted specifically for therapeutic riders and the Meinecke Therapeutic Surcingle, specially designed with grips for therapeutic use, are two of the key pieces needed for the class. Your contributions not only provided an excellent educational experience for our students but assist us in training people with the knowledge to provide equine therapy to those in need.
